whoosin

Doodle picked the date. Now who's actually coming?

If you're using Doodle as an RSVP tracker, you've already outgrown it — it's a scheduling grid, not an attendance list. whoosin is the Doodle alternative that picks up exactly where Doodle leaves off: send your invite, and watch a live yes/no/maybe tally build itself from your guests' replies.

The headache: Doodle did its job the moment everyone agreed on a date — but now you're back to square one, manually chasing replies to find out who's actually showing up.

  1. Join the beta, then connect your Gmail — whoosin finds the invite you already sent. Nothing to set up.
  2. Your group just replies from whatever email they already use — no app, no account, no link. whoosin reads each reply as yes / no / maybe (or approve / reject, or a guest count) with AI.
  3. You get a live list — a running headcount when you ask for one — with manual overrides and one-tap follow-up drafts.

Private by design. Your mail is read in your browser, replies are sorted by AI for a moment and then discarded, and only the answer — yes, no, maybe — is kept. No ad trackers. Follow-ups are drafts in your Gmail; whoosin never sends mail as you.
