whoosin

Just tell me if you're coming to game night

whoosin is the easiest way to run a game night RSVP with your regular crew — they reply to the email you already sent, and a live attendance list builds itself so you know if you've got enough for the games.

The headache: Every week it's the same thing — scrolling back through a thread, tallying who said yes, trying to remember if someone changed their mind after Tuesday.

  1. Join the beta, then connect your Gmail — whoosin finds the invite you already sent. Nothing to set up.
  2. Your group just replies from whatever email they already use — no app, no account, no link. whoosin reads each reply as yes / no / maybe (or approve / reject, or a guest count) with AI.
  3. You get a live list — a running headcount when you ask for one — with manual overrides and one-tap follow-up drafts.

Private by design. Your mail is read in your browser, replies are sorted by AI for a moment and then discarded, and only the answer — yes, no, maybe — is kept. No ad trackers. Follow-ups are drafts in your Gmail; whoosin never sends mail as you.
