whoosin reads the replies to invites you sent and keeps the who’s-in list — in your browser, never storing your messages.

You sign in on Google's own page — whoosin never sees your password. Google asks you to approve two permissions:

View your email messages and settings Reads only the replies to events you organize, right in your browser, to build your list.
Manage drafts and send emails Google's label for the drafts permission. whoosin only ever writes a follow-up draft — it never sends, and you always press Send.

whoosin can't delete or change your email. Reply snippets go to our AI for a moment to read yes / no / maybe, then they're discarded — never stored, logged, or used for ads. Disconnect anytime from your Google account.

Outlook support is on the roadmap — leave your email and we'll let you know.

Independently security-assessed — CASA Tier 2 (2026), TAC Security. whoosin has passed Google’s app verification.

Create an event

whoosin writes the invite as a draft in your Gmail — you review and send it yourself. Replies build your who’s-in list automatically.

No email involved — whoosin keeps the tally for a group you run over text or in person. Paste your group chat below and whoosin reads it once to fill in the answers, or add people by hand after.

Subject Send to optional — easiest is adding people from your contacts in Gmail before you send Paste your group chat optional — WhatsApp export or copied messages, "Name: answer" per line Read once to build the tally — each person’s name and latest message (or two) are read by our AI, then discarded; the pasted text is never stored.
